Rise Through Resilience provides financial assistance to support the recovery and independence of individuals living with spinal cord injuries and other neurological injuries or illnesses. Our funding helps bridge gaps in access to high-quality care and essential resources.

Our support may include:

• Funding for physical therapy sessions at licensed neuro-rehabilitation clinics that provide evidence-based, individualized treatment.
  We encourage applicants to meet with their clinical team to determine the best licensed neuro-rehabilitative provider for their recovery.

• Assistance with the purchase of adaptive or therapeutic equipment that improves mobility, independence, safety, or functional recovery.

• Supplemental support for recovery-related needs that directly enhance an individual’s ability to participate in rehabilitation or maintain measurable progress.

Eligibility & Geographic Focus:
At this time, Rise Through Resilience Foundation is only accepting applications for funding within New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania from individuals who are living with spinal cord injuries or other neurological injuries or illnesses. Funding decisions are based on the anticipated impact of the service or equipment on the applicant’s recovery and independence.
